Abstract
Engaged employees are the first step toward fostering creativity and innovation. This webinar will give an overview of research-based tactics for employee engagement, including flexible working policies, autonomy of time, autonomy of task, and the idea of flow. In addition to the theories behind these ideas, the webinar will promote discussion of their practical applications in library settings, including ideas for implementation.
